To live fully the life they love at the risk of great suffering, even at the risk of death because of it – this was the prodigious choice made by the twelve women who are the subject of this work. They share a common goal of wanting to save endangered animals and strive to make respect for wildlife apart of Humanity’s conscience. Alain Bougrain Dubourg’s investigation and Yann Arthus Bertrand and Philippe Bourseiller’s photographs show what the incredible strength of passion can engender.
